KAMA GmbH who develops and manufactures automatic multifunctional die cutters and hot foil and hologram stamping systems for the global markets for the 740 x 600 and 740 x 1050mm formats has launched its   Kama is to launch its multifunctional die-cutters into the UK market. Compnay has projected the high-quality Kama die-cutter as the successor to an old platen or cylinder cutter.
The Automatic Die Cutter ProCut 74 (pictured), designed and produced in Germany specifically for the graphics industry will be marketed and distributed through Kama UK Ltd in Oxfordshire. The Automatic Die Cutter ProCut 74 processes the half-sheet format that is most frequently used in the UK. Very short set up times and fast changeovers between functions make the further processing and finishing of small and mid-sized print runs profitable.
